What an amazing spot to stop. The caravan park is very modern and so well kept. One of the best maintained we have been to. The kids loved the giant turtle pool the most. We ventured to the macadamia farm where the kids loved cracking the nuts and then to Tinaberries for a play and some freshly made icecream. We also visited the turtle centre but we are about five weeks late to see the last of the baby turtles. The kids still enjoyed learning about the turtles and how the babies hatch and make their way back to the ocean.

The Turtle Sands and Bundaberg stop allowed us to reset and get back to fun adventures and exploring as a family. The visit to Macadamias Australia made me realise how much I do enjoy teaching as a career whilst reading the displays an information, my first thoughts were how amazing this would be as a high school assignment and how I could incorporate my travels into my teaching. - Luke

I loved the pool it was so fun playing in it. We got turtle toys and I like them. We also got new swim toys that can swim with us. - Adelaide

When we going in the pool. We jump jump jumped. And we go over there and saw some pretend turtles. - Henry
