Second day at Rameshwaram

In the morning, I decided to walk through the city. I went to some villages which were beside the sea. At noon I was having a rest with my family in the room and in the evening I went to some temples and went to Dhanuskodi, the last land of India . This was a town destroyed by a cyclone in 1964 which killed around 1800 people. I didn't click the pictures of ruins as I found it quite disturbing . After coming back from Dhanuskodi, we went to see the house of India's former president Dr APJ Abdul kalam , he spent his childhood in this house. After all these, we caught our bus and now are on the way to Kanyakumari.Read more
