Trip back to Arkaroola

After visiting Lake Frome, we decided to visit the Grindell's Hut campground. We then had a decision to make for our return to Arkaroola - take the main road back or take a 4WD route. We had booked for dinner for 6.30pm and felt that we should be able to meet that timeline if we took a chance on the 4WD route. It took us 6 hours but we made it and we were happy we took this option. There were some interesting changes in the landscape and challenging 4WDing to do.Read more
