Ice Rooms

A selection of our favourite ice rooms in both Icehotel 34 and Icehotel 365. In all, 1200 ice blocks and 25,000 cubic metres of ‘snice’ are used to create the hotel each year. The wonderful ice sculptures are created from scratch by guest artists each year. It takes two weeks for the artists to create each room using 8 tons of ice. Each unique room is accessed via long cavernous ice corridors, supported by crystal clear ice columns.
