Lilly Pond and Titsikamma National Park

We arrived at Lily Pond Country Lodge in dull weather but to a warm welcome. Our room overlooked the pond and garden beyond. We had pre dinner drinks in the lounge in front of a roaring fire while we chatted to an Italian/Austrian couple. Dinner tonight was delicious, freshly cooked by the resident chef.

Today the sun was shining when we woke so over breakfast we made plans to go to the nearby Titsikamma National Park for a walk over the Storms River Suspension bridge.Read more
