Plettenberg

We awoke this morning to a loud thunder storm, but it quickly passed overhead and turned into another sunny day so we drove to nearby Knysna for a boat trip around the lagoon. Roman, our captain, showed us the sights of the estuary and took us out to the narrow entrance called the Two Heads. Once finished we drove to the waterfront for an ice cream and then strolled on the beach in Plettenberg for a while. That evening another dramatic storm came over as we ate dinner.Read more
