    Jose gave me this map of Madrid this morning! He's gone and highlighted everywhere we've ridden, walked & had experiences at - such a thoughtful gesture! ... He's even written 'Nigerian runners' & 'Vermut' 👌🤣

    As he would say.... 'It's not about the materialistic things... it's about the experiences and memories that we create for ourselves and each other' 🙌
