Second Day in Lyon

This morning, we went to the Museum of the French Resistance and Deportation. No photos here, as it was a highly interesting but disturbing museum that showed the development of the Nazi resistance and the deportation of the Jews during WWII. Apparently Lyon was the center of the resistance, and de Gaulle honored them for it. The museum is in the former French military college of health, and during the war became the region's Gestapo headquarters and prison. Horrific stuff.
