Disneyland & Hawaii

Arriving Saturday April 2 . We left melbourne on Saturday morning . Left home at 6.15am, flight was meant to leave at 10.15am but there was a small delay and we left a little late . 14 hour flight, not much leg room, food was pretty good. Brad had the window seat, Charlee had the aisle & i was in the middle. We all tried to sleep but it was difficult. Arrived pretty much on time at 6.30am in LA Had a problem in immigration as we had a letter from Marisa but the officer said it needed to be stamped by the Aust Govt. He ended up letting us through, mainly because Charlee was in uniform. Phew!

We got to the hotel approx 8.45am & our rooms were ready ! Charlee got changed & we went for a walk to downtown disney and brad & i had lunch at the earl of sandwich (toasted paninnis) which were good Charlee didn't eat or drink . Went back to our hotel, slept for a few hours then went for a walk to cvs pharmacy to get some supplies. Back to our hotel & we went to the pool. Charlee livened up when some of her friends came to the pool. After the pool & showers, we went over the road to Mimi's cafe for dinner. Charlee rang her mum and got all teary.

For dinner - Charlee had the calamari, Brad had the French pot roast and i had the grilled atlantic samon with spinach and fries. Back at the hotel by approximately 8.30pm. We were all very tired & it is another big day tomorrowRead more
