It’s raining here. So my bed looks like a cave because all the laundry is hanging from my bunk. All the socks are safety pinned to the side hanging to dry. At least it smells good. And I’m sureWeiterlesen

Today we raced the rain to Burgos so not a lot of pictures along the way.
Cathedral de Burgos

We made it to the Cathedral before the rain . It’s huge! Beautiful and strange. Way cool. Definitely hope they have an online gift shop for our Christmas ornament!
Late start

Today we got a late start. We enjoyed our comfy room, bed and air conditioning until check out at 11. We also enjoyed a great breakfast buffet before we left. But we are on the road again now!

Grateful to the host here who saved us beds for our late arrival, gave me a newspaper for my boots (that are now dry), and had a cheerful spirit. But now we hit the road again.
River Option

Lunch stop

Today we stopped for lunch early as it was 5.7km to our final destination today. Enjoyed some hamburgers, fries, and other goodies.
