Today we were awoken at 6am by Gregorian Chant. At 6:30 when the lights came on a monk came through the dorm playing a harmonica and singing a “good morning” song. We packed up and hit the road.

Tonight we sleep in the cloisters at Jesús y Maria. Shower was awkward but I’m happy to have a bed for the night.

Today was a LONG HOT day. It was emotionally hard too. This Dino is ready for bed and skipping the Jesus mediation, music, sharing, and the cup of tea. As lovely as it sounds, it’s time for some rest.
