As you can see we’re on the beach in an Art Deco town called Napier NZ on the east coast of the north island. Bought some white pants from a guy in a clothing store who is from Calgary and had great ribs from a Mexican joint.

We stayed just outside town on beach all to ourselves and Sue lit up a nice fire. The winds calmed and it was very pleasant.

Working on getting the Lewistown property closed today or tomorrow.

    Cheers

Bought a van for $4000 Auzzie $ which translates to about $2800 USD. 1989 Toyota with 300,000+ miles. Going to put new shocks and tires on it.
We returned the rental car. Took us two try’s to find the location because they have addresses but no numbers in the buildings? Go figure.En savoir plus

Well it’s Christmas Eve and I’m in bed at 9:11.

Worked abit on the van but spent most of the day running around picking up supplies.

First stop was the carpet store for indoor/ outdoor carpet and adhesive.

Then to a tire store for quote on tires and shocks
$90 each for tires and then something like $125 each for shocks. $225 to install the shocks. To much. I’ll do it myself.

Probably spent two hours at Bunnings.
