Started the day with merch. I finally have all my equipment, so I was able to try out the new camo nets. It was a bit of a hassle with the location, but I think the merch tent looked really nice in the end.
I'm happy I decided not to iron on the patch for the new collaboration hoodie. it didn’t fit at all. But my signs still made it look cool for the collab.
We had training in the fortress, which looked idyllic. However, we already had so many fans watching us, since they could enter the fortress with their concert ticket around 5,500 extra people in the facilities.
The most annoying part was that the only access to our backstage area was the public elevator. It took a long time, so we had to plan accordingly. Still, we had some funny encounters on the way.
I wasn’t having the best day, didn’t really feel in the mood but in the end, The Ritual was amazing.
After the show, I saw a firefly on my way to the elevator. It’s something I hadn’t seen before, but it’s apparently common there.
Quick shower, then back to the merch. They had the best night ever in Europe, so I’m super proud of the rest of the team. I packed up the stand.
After that, we had time for a nice drink, some laughs, and a bit of dancing in the fortress courtyard before heading back to the bus for a good night’s sleep.Read more
