Fukuoka and Kumamoto

An evening and day in Fukuoka. From what we saw a fairly sprawling concrete jungle, with large industrial port.
Got the engineering fix by going on the bullet train to Kumamoto. It is well fast! (Dispite the fact it was 5 mins late)
Found the hotel in Kumamoto, nice and close to the station and went in search of a rugby fan zone to watch the Ireland match. We were surrounded by famous Welsh rugby players. None of which I knew, but Hannah assured me they were famous. Shane Williams...? Wales match tomorrow so keep your eyes peeled for us in the stadium. Czytaj więcej
