Took tram to Pyrmont and then on to the ferry to take us round to Circular Quay. This is a stunning trip taking you under the harbour bridge and giving you the opportunity to view the Opera House from the water giving a very different perspective. From Circular Quay we took the ferry to Manley, the last place you get to before the open Ocean. We walked from the enclosed harbour side down the main street to arrive at Manley Beach.Stunning blue / green water and white sands. Had lunch in the Manly Grill and then settled on the beach for a few hours. Finished off with a beer in the Bavarian bar on the Wharf. Later went with L&D to their local The Toxteth for beers and the local "delicacy" Chicken Schnitzel covered in tomato sauce and cheese just like a pizza wiith a breaded chicken base.
