Hoover Dam, Boulder City

After waiting in traffic, we finally got to the Hoover Dam.
It got his name from the 31st President Herbert Clark Hoover and was built from 1931 til 1935. It is on the Colorado River between Nevada and Arizona which also implies a time change. The dam was built as flood control, water storage and as a power generator.Lue lisää
