Lake Argyle

We drove 615 km today ending at the G’day Park in Lake Argyle. Our first stop was Katherine where we shopped and fueled up. Along the way we stopped for lunch at Victoria River. It was a lovely landscape with beautiful rock formations and boab trees. We crossed into Western Australia where we lost fruit, veggies and all out timber. We weren’t impressed! We stayed overnight at Lake Argyle. Happy Hour at the pub provided great live music from two guitarists who sang and played well. One talented guy from the audience joined them for a jam with his harmonica.Read more
