Cable Beach, Broome

Our plan was to break our journey to Broome at a rest area and go to Geiki Gorge along the way. After an 18km drive into the gorge we found it closed due to flood damage. So we decided to push on to Broome where we checked into Cable Beach Van Park for four nights. We then headed to the beach, a beer and sunset over the Indian Ocean. Pretty special! Day 2: Broome.
