Day trip to Puebla old town

After breakfast with family we ordered 2 Ubers and left to the city center of Puebla. Puebla is the forth biggest city of Mexico and the outskirts is of city are not very nice. City center is on the other hand very nice and reminded me immediately of streets of Barcelona & Madrid combined. The main square Zócalo with Townhall and Cathedral is must visit. We wandered a bit around before we split with family and all made their own plan.

It’s worth to visit Puebla and especially to go Artist Quarter, Frog Street, marketplace and street of Sweets. Local specialty is Tacos Arabes which we tried in local shop and had delicious lunch for only 150 pesos.

For dinner we went all together to the local brewery for dinner and ended the night with the party in front of our hotel room with the bottle of mezcal 😆 and dance lesson!En savoir plus
