Just a short 20km walk today. We all had a sleep in and left the hostal at 8... where are my walking poles, not in the foyer, and they weren't in our room, think think. The last time I saw them was as at the supermarket yesterday afternoon. Quick diversion before we leave, arrived waited for 10mins I told open (please note this was the first supermarket in Spain that actually was scheduled to open at 8). Fresh food is not readily available on the Camino. We buy apples, bananas and the odd tomato where and when we can. It is a high carb high meat diet at the moment.

We continue to see the most incredible old churches every day. Today
