    Life & Significance: A 12th-century Spanish farmworker, he is known for his deep piety, charitable work, and a life dedicated to both prayer and hard work, with legends suggesting angels helped him plow while he attended Mass.

    As a side note, my experience with the Spanish is awesome. As soon as my hand was empty a Spanish lady would be pushing me to the food.
