Day of reflection

I thought a lot today. I chose to slow because my Leg muscles were aching and it was very wet. Im happy I did. I had to stop to do some first aid on a older lady whom fell. Wasn't long before others wanted to help. Just a couple of cuts Nothing to serious. The kindness and intactions are all possitive from Pilgrims and locals alike. If you go the wrong direction a local will smile and point. Pigrims sharing meals or a piece of chocolate just when you need it. A pat on the back or kind words from others as you climb a steep ascent. It was a good dayLeggi altro
