The Windy City

A sleepless overnight flight ment a long tired day. We landed in Chicago around 5am and couldn’t check in to the hotel until 2pm. So we made our way to a coffee shop where we posted up from 7am-10:30am. Then we wandered to a used bookstore where we killed another hour and a half, then we hit up Trader Joe’s for some snacks and groceries for our stay. With one hour left till check in we hung out at the local McDonald. Then it was nap time for both of us.Read more
