    Lunas, France

The gite is really a hotel that has private rooms and two dorm rooms for hikers on the top floor. There is one bathroom and a separate toilet for both rooms that can hold a total of 12 people - 6 bunkbeds. Luckily, there are only 4 people staying in the dorm. The owner is really nice but the gite/hotel is pretty shabby and needs a lot of work. Not very clean and the toilet has no lock. After showering and handing my dirty clothes off to the owner for laundry, I head out to look for a doctor. I feel fine but want to check if I need any stitches. I end up at the the Tourism Office. Lunas is a very small town. There isn't much besides the gite/hotel and the Tourism Office. There is supposed to be a bakery but I think it is closed. The nice lady at the Tourism Office offers to call the EMTs but I decline. Afterwards, I walk around a bit. The church is locked. And I am pretty much done with the tour of the town in 10 minutes. I return to the gite/hotel for a beer and await dinner.Read more
