So far, so good on the Gringo Express tour through Central America. Our first stop is Honduras, where the reputation precedes itself, and we were honestly a bit nervous to travel through alone, so we're going as part of a group. Of course, it turns out to be perfectly safe, and we've had the best day exploring the town and then going to a thermal spa. It was pretty rustic swimming around through caves and rock pools, and we just couldn't get over that we're really here in Honduras. The final photo shows just how pleased as punch Adam was to be splashing around in water again after a one day hiatus.

Next stop, some Mayan ruins tomorrow, before we zoom off to El Salvador.Read more
