1 Carnival!!!

Rain almost stopped play today. SO glad we walked up to see if it was on! It was and it was such a sensual feast, visual, sound, dance and so much fun! All ages all shapes and sizes, anyone dressed as anything they liked on the streets and photographers dream!
Between us we took many hundreds of photos. John took a proper camera and telephoto lens, so he has some cracking shots!
Eardrums suffered but only temporarily. I can still hear the fun going on now.
There was a fairground later and there was such a buzz.
After 3 hours, we sat and had some special (especalada) burger (burguesa) and baguette. Chicken, ham, fried eggs salad and chipsticks, all in a bun. Delicious!
