Augrabies Falls National Park

It was a very long drive from Oewerbos to Augrabies Falls. A straight road through the desert.

After a sleepless night near a very noisy place at a private farm we entered the park the next day.

It is really worth to stay overnight in the park. The view of the waterfall and Namibia's mountain in the background are magnificent.

The gravel roads are nice to cycle even in the heat of the desert. Hilly but not that steep.

I didn't know about what animals are living in this park. I was even more excited passing a herd of giraffes with my bike 😊🤗😇Read more
