Not sure what this building is, but it's quite a sight across the river!
These oddly pruned trees lined the entire bottom of the Cahors peninsula.Whatever these trees do once growing season starts must be gorgeous!Behind these two is the Pont Valentré, Cahors most famous landmark.Pont Valentre is a 14th-century six-span fortified stone arch bridge crossing the river LotI though it would be closed to the public, but was wrong!Aaron braved the railing-less steps for a better view.1

    Cahors, part 2

Despite the gloomy weather, we really enjoyed Cahors, and hope to go back for more good food and perhaps a glimpse of what's growing in the gardens once spring gets a little nearer!
