    We cruised north on the beautiful Waccamaw River to a protected marina at the Myrtle Beach Yacht Club. It was too hot to use the pool. After the pristine wild shores of the Waccamaw river, the ICW becomes more of a canal lined with homes (and rocks, in the section named 'The Rock Pile'). Lots of slow zones. We avoid being on the water on July 4.Read more
