Calm seas from Havelock, NC to Belhaven, even though I took a wrong turn DEEP into Pamlico sound almost to the barrier islands. By the time we both realized my mistake, it was shorter to continue arnd an extended shoal (meaning 20 miles long) than back tracking.
Lesson learned yet again: Whenever a crewmember questions a turn, stop and figure it out before proceeding. No harm, no foul, Lesson Learned Again.Read more
