To Ottawa Flight of Eight Locks downtown wall

We had our choice of wall spots with power as most of the Looper fleet is ahead of us. We have to consider the Construction Holiday of 2 weeks from July 15, which is Quebec law but Ontario follows suit. That puts a lot more boats on the water and at the locks.

Now we can see the Ottawa skyscrapers in the distance and its all displacement speeds. Since we thoroughly explored the city in 2019, we'll only take two nights here but add a second night at Montebello. It can take three hours or more to get through the flight of Eight.
