I can not believe that the German embassy in Kathmandu has granted the Visa for Mahendra.
He will come to visit me, to visit Germany, Europe, my family und Friends.

    Arrived in Germany

    Arrived at Airport Düsseldorf.
    After some misunderstanding finaly we found eachother at the Exit number 5.

    Your first impression of Germany =》 its clean and many rules. Since many years it was your Dream to visit Germany. Now this Dream is coming true.

    Your luggage was full of singing bowls (-; only very little bag of clothes.

    Your first day in a different world

    After sleeping for 12 hours we had some nice breakfast at the balcony.
    We made a very lazy day,because you are still very tired of jetlag.
    You brought some Spices and Ayurveda medicine, ayurveda tea.
    So instead of coffee i tried Ayurveda tea for breakfast. With a little Milk, i liked it.
    You enjoyed Müsli, Joghurt, fresh fruits and vegatables, organic bread and some greek creamcheese.

    New things you learned today: dish washer and how to use it.

    In the afternoon we went for a walk to the "Beethovenpark", which is very close to my appartement. We enjoyed the sunny weather, a little picknick and some icecream there.
    You love this Jungle, fresh air, green trees and peaceful atmosphere here.
    I am glad you that you feel Happy here in Germany.    Leer más

    Cologne city

    Today we stand up early after a long Night again.
    We enjoyed some Ayurveda tea, practiced some Pranyama and had Muesli with fresh fruits for breakfast.
    During i managed some E-Mail at my Computer you did your first Steps trying to play accordeon.

    Later morning we went to Cologne City by Tram.
    I showed you the "Volkshochschule- vhs" where you start to learn German from 1.st of july for 4 weeks. And we visited the library. You felt a little bit like during your studying time. 😀📖📚

    In this area of Cologne one can also find many indian supermarkets and indian restaurants. So you were shopping many ingredients for indian/nepali kitchen. And we had a little Lunch break at Lakshmi Restaurant. There we met the owner of Momos (tibetan Restaurant in Cologne). He comes from Tibet and is living in Cologne dir 13 years now. We had a little talk and he told us that he is going to visit Nepal soon for holiday. He was happy to meet us, so he invited us and paid for our lunch. 🌮

    Spontaneously we shopped some swimming trunks for you, Yoga mat and Yoga leggings for me.

    At Home you cooked again a delicious second little lunch. Thank you very much!    Leer más

    Sunrising Yoga

    Sunrising Yoga with twittering birdsound, sourrounded by fresh oxygen. We played with the five Elements: earth, water, fire, air and the Sky.

    Alex was the client of the day. She is professionell photograph and took these lovely photos.

    Today it was the first class with you,Yogi Mahendra, in Germany.

    One day at home

    This morning you offered sunrise Yoga in the "Beethovenpark".
    Yesterday we created this Flyer and invited some friends.
    Anna, was your client this morning. Unfortunately we forgot to take any pictures.

    After breakfast we decided to stay at Home for today. You want to learn more akkordeon and to go on learning some more German language.
    You take a rest, during i was driving to Ikea for change some things.

    In the evening we had a little picknick for dinner and enjoyed the sunsetting during the "mittsommernacht" at the "Decksteiner Weiher ", a little lake very close to my home.    Leer más

    Terschelling

    Today we travelled to the Netherlands, to the island "Terschelling".
    We were driving to Harlingen harbour, where we had little lunch picknick before entering the ferry.
    The ferry took 2 hours to bring us to the Island.
    We enjoyed the sun and a light wind and to be so close to the water.
    Short before arriving we discovered a seal in the ocean, new animal for you.

    At the campingground we chosed a nice place in the shadow for our tent, our new Home for the Next few days.    Leer más

    Cloudy day

    Today again we started the day with a little bit acro yoga. Not to forget some pranayama exercise before. From day to day its getting a little bit better.
    After müsli breakfast i went for a walk at the beach during you rested.
    Unfortunately it is cloudy and only 17 degrees.

    Afternoon Snack: tomatoes, cucumber, sheep cheese, avocado and as dessert the very famous Netherlands "Vla".    Leer más

    Today it was your first day at school to learn German.
    You are visiting the VHS, Volkshochschule Köln, am Neumarkt.

    I drop you off there by bike.
    It was excited to bycicle during rush hour through Cologne City. We needed some more time than expeceted (-;
    We tried to remember some buildings like Churches during the way so that you can find the way on your own tomorrow.
