Ovoo New World

Rach and I took a walk up to the hill behind us to get a view over the town and the river. At the top was a huge ovoo overlooking all of it which the locals would come to walk around 3 times praying for good luck and health. Again I was struck by the emptiness of the landscape even with the town right in front of us it looked tiny in comparison to the land surrounding it.Leggi altro
