A short tour around the capital of Laos. The city is on the bank of the Mekong, just across the border from Thailand. We also spent time at the COPE Visitor Centre where they make prosthetic limbs for victims of unexploded US bombs which still litter the countryside nearly 50 years after the Secret War.
