    Day 3 was a long 7 hour drive to Fitzroy crossing which didn’t have anything to see. We found a campsite which had hundreds of wallabies roaming round and made friends with a couple travelling the same journey in a van. The roads got very samie as they were very long, straight and quiet apart from the occasional ‘road train’ which was a lorry with 3-4 massive trailers. There was lots of cows by the sides of the roads, sometimes they’d cross the road walking as slow as they like which obviously meant they got hit a lot.
