    The good thing that we got stuck: we got to visit Pic‘s peanut butter factory, which was just around the corner of the workshop.

    Interestingly the fridge decided to work properly overnight so the extra ordered electronic board was no longer needed. (Well, that was a mistake... more to that in a later story).

    But now it‘s finally time to head to Abel Tasman NP. To be precise: Marahau, the gate to the Abel Tasman NP. We found a cozy campsite (The Barn), where we finally didn‘t have the feeling that we weren‘t among the youngest or inbetween permanent campsite residents. The Barn‘s a mix of backpackers and Campervans. We booked for 2 nights, as we intended to do a full day of tramping.
