    Into the Great Basin

    It was time to do the laundry today. I then visited an old train station Museum in the goldfields before leaving the Sierra Nevada region and heading east: over the White Mountains, where I took a look at the oldest living trees on earth, the Bristlecones, and then drove down from 10,000 ft to 4,000 ft in the Great Basin.
