Kamloops to Salmon Arm

I spend the morning on administrative stuff like shopping and doing the laundry. Then I’d arrive to the city of Kamloops and actually hike up a local mountain for a view of the city in 40° heat. It was … hot … but the view not too bad considering wildfires have started. I continue to Salmon Arm, one of my favorite places for birdwatching last year. Highway 1 is closed for construction and the official detour is 20 km gravel road! The dust was partially so thick you could hardly see the road.Leia mais
