Christmas in Japan

I decided to spend the days around New Years in Kyushu, so my first stop was Kumamoto. Here I’ve seen the destroyed castle, Museum for Contemporary Art, a garden, a shrine and many many bears...

Penguin Aquarium, Nagasaki

The last day of 2017 I spent im a penguin aquarium, where you could watch, touch and feed many super cute penguins :)
New Year in Japan

In a cute little guesthouse at the edge of Nagasaki I got the chance to celebrate a typical Japanese New Years.

With most of Japan having holidays Fukuoka’s shrines, temples and shopping malls were super busy. Anyway I managed to see a lot in one day sightseeing... and ate lots of Ramen, too :)

On the way back to Nagoya I stopped in Hiroshima a few days. Since I came here many times, I mainly relaxed in Cafés. Just went to a few museums and ate Okonomiyaki :)

My favorite place in Japan. Great for hiking, buying souvenirs and playing with deer :) They are always hungry ;)

After cuddling with deer I wanted to meet some more animals and went to rabbit island on my way to Okayama. Spend some hours there, walked around and fed many many hungry cuties :)

Just for one night couchsurfing with a wonderful lady, who prepared yummy Nabe, I stayed in Okayama. Before taking the train back to Nagoya, we went to Okayama castle and the garden together.
