Left Waimate, but not until we met up with the lovely Angela and Keith who have moved down here in October.
Forgot to take a photo!!! Oh no but a lovely Cafe called The Bakery. They are doing up all the historic buildings.

Drove State Highway 1 through Timaru and Ashburton to NZMCA Park out of Chch by the Waikariri braided river. Right next door, a fabulous dog park.
