Canterbury Town

Really enjoyed the place. The hotel we stayed in was built in the old city walls and directly opposite the old castle (old keep really, now fast falling down).
The touristy bits are all within the old city walls and is full of black and white 590year old buildings. Everything is low rise as nothing can be higher than the cathedral, it would be a skyscraper if it was.
If it was Sydney it would have all been swept away and replaced with sometime forgettable.
