Port Augusta

Port Augusta is predominantly a mineral producing town which sits relatively near the base of the Flinders Ranges.
It has a significant indigenous population and quite a few old style buildings.
The hottest day that I have experienced was between here and one of the towns on our way to Port Lincoln where the mercury topped 47.5 celsius...hot!Leia mais
