It involves sipping a pint of Guinness so that the foam line aligns perfectly with the letter "G" in the Guinness logo on the glass. While its exact origins are unclear, the challenge likely emerged as a pub tradition, combining the enjoyment of Guinness with the competitive and playful atmosphere of Irish pubs.
