Liverpool, England-Day 2 BEATLES!

Our tour (on Canada Day) of Liverpool took us all over town but clearly focused on the "The Steps of the BEATLES". We drove along the "Long Winding Mersey Road" to The Beatles Story Museum. This museum of the life and times of John, Paul, George and Ringo takes us on a journey from their childhood to how they met and to world fame, eventually to the breakup and what each of the four did next. The museum includes rare photos and memorabilia as well as behind the scenes of Abbey Road Studies and even a wild "psychedelic" exhibit of the Sgt. Pepper era.Read more
