A New Journey!

We are so grateful to begin a new journey and to once again have Lee traveling with us. We begin this trip with a miracle! No cars on the 5 or 405. For those of you that live in California or have visited and tried to get anywhere on these 2 roads, at any time of day, you know there is no "rush hour traffic" like in NY. There are ALWAYS cars and traffic on the 405 and 5 freeways. NOT THIS MORNING. We learned the secret of this miracle ... get there at 3am.Lue lisää

Sonia GelmanIf you have time, visit Karlovy Vary or Karlsbad (same thing). It’s about 2 hours from Prague.

MatkaajaI don't think we will have time to get there this trip but we will keep it at the top of the list if something should change on our itinerary and keep it on an ongoing list of places to go to/go back to if we don't get there this time. Thanks for the suggestion.

MatkaajaThanks Mindy! We leave for Prague on Wednesday night and will be there for 5 days, then onto Budapest for 5 days.
