Arrived late and booked a room at Circus Circus for two nights. Today we stopped at the La Brea tar pits in LA. It was a free day at the tar pits so we walked around for a couple of hours and looked at the fossils excavated from the tar pits. Well worth the price (a $2 donation). Left the tar pits about the time everyone was heading home from work.Read more
