    Wetlands & Jumping Crocodiles

    This morning, we drove to Adelaide River to see the jumping crocodiles. On the way, we stopped at a viewpoint that overlooks the wetlands that's managed by an indigenous family. Then it was onto a boat where we were cautioned to remain seated at all times and keep everything inside the rails. Our guides found several crocodiles during our cruise up the river, and lured them with food to jump (swim vertically) out of the water. There are estimated to be 150k saltwater crocodiles along the length of the Adelaide River.Read more
