We ate at Westminster Kitchen Grill House! I got fish and chips, and boy it was a good one. We plan on getting ice cream, then relaxing at the hotel for the rest of the day.

Finished Guided Tour; Napping at Hotel

We finished our guided city tour, and are now at our hotel. Most of the main things we saw were on foot, but during the bus riding parts, I couldn’t stay awake. I was exhausted. We (my sister and I at least) are planning to take a much needed nap, and continue our day in an hour and a half or so.Lue lisää

Finished Napping Break; Walking Around

We finished our napping break (about an hour and a half), and are now heading out to walk around the city. We don’t have anywhere specific to go, so we will just look around as we go.

Finished Walking Around

We finished walking around, and are relaxing at the hotel room.
While walking around, we visited the National Gallery Art museum and Piccadilly Circus. We also walked through Chinatown.
We tried to go on the London Eye ferris wheel, but they charged just under £40 (roughly $40) per person! We didn’t think that the view justified the price, so we passed.Lue lisää

Watched New Jurassic World at IMAX

We watched the new Jurassic World: Dominion movie at the IMAX movie theater close to our hotel! The movie was in 3D with the special glasses, which was cool.
I do feel like they could’ve used the 3D a little better (made things jump out a little more), but the movie was really good overall!Lue lisää

Saw Mamma Mia Play; Going Back to Hotel

We saw the famous Mamma Mia play, and are now preparing to walk back to the hotel.
The play was amazing! The story was good, the music was great, and, the best part of it all, they basically threw a little concert with smoke, RGB lights, music, and everything else after the play! It was unlike any play experience I’ve ever had before, and it’s a shame that pictures and videos weren’t allowed.Lue lisää

Getting on this flight was an experience. First, our gate wasn’t announced for a long time, and the flight was also delayed. Once the gate was announced, we had to go through a ticket counter before entering the gate altogether, which was different.
