4 July Walk Collioure to Banyuls

Steep walk up to the Castle of St Elme with views over Collioure then Udi and I took the coast route while John went inland. After an hour we thought we were nearly there so enjoyed a 50min swim on a rocky cove. But the day got hotter and it was another 3 hours walking! Once there, Banyuls sur Mer was a really nice town - some tourists but not overbearing. Swum at St Elms beach, un ricard in town, nice dinner in the old town then watched the world cup soccer in a waterfront cafe.Leggi altro
