Exceptional Etosha

We had an early sunrise start today. Into the reserve for the morning tracking before the incredible heat of the afternoon. At 38 degrees the dry heat is incredible. We were so fortunate to see the many beautiful Zebras, Spring-bok, Giraffe, Gazelles, Mongoose... but the stars today were the stunning female lions that move with such confidence and swagger and the unbelievable parade of elephants we were front and centre for, not once but twice! We all held our breath and watched in awe as they strided right by our jeep. Almost close enough to touch! It was another stunning day shared with these incredible animals. We ended the day with another great dinner at the beautiful Toshari Lodge. Tomorrow we move again!Læs mere
